Amblada (Asartepe) is an ancient settlement center located in a hilly area in the middle of Seydişehir's Kavak, Kızılca and Yenice villages. That is, it is located north of Yeniceköy, west of Kavak village and south of Kızılca village.nnThe ancient city of Amblada, which we know with its close relations with the Kingdom of Pergamon, remained under the rule of the Galatians, first in the Kingdom of Pergamum and then in the Amyntas period. During the Roman Empire, it was connected to the provinces of Galatia and Lykaonia. Amblada's BC. It is seen that it started to issue coins since the 1st century.112 In the period of the Empire, coins can be seen from Commadus (AD.176 - 192) to Philippus Arabs (AD 244 - 248). In this period, this wannabe was present in most of the Asia Minor cities. Cities, in keeping with the general trend of the era, wanted to base their roots somewhere. He joined these cities in Amblada after Selge and Sagalassos.nnAs a result of the researches carried out in Kızılca, Yenice and Kavak villages on both sides of Amblada, we learned that the materials used as building materials in the walls of the houses in this region were brought from Asartepe. In addition, many of the works in Şehit Mehmet Uysal Park located in front of Seydişehir Municipality were brought from Asartepe. (Source: Mustafa Çimen MS Thesis, Konya, 2011)
