We called in January or February and made a honeymoon reservation for April, Cyprus Noah's Ark Hotel. Our wedding has been canceled due to the coronavirus. We stated that we will constantly call and cancel it. The employees are unaware of each other, we look for it, I am constantly telling the same things, it is a strange situation. They still haven't sent our money for 3 months. Moreover, they definitely do not open our phones. There are 2 Whatsap lines, I write constantly, but they do not read and answer .. we will definitely go to court. Yahu we sent your money at the bank, they say I am looking for the bank, it says such a payment does not appear .. I ask who will help us who ?????

Hello.nWith my wifenWe purchased a package including air ticket to stay at Merit cove hotel in Cyprus between 6-9 December.nThe first night of our stay, the central air conditioner is frozen at 04.00 hours.nWe have requested a change of hotel.nBefore you wanted to be cheaper than Merit park for 100 TL difference istediler.kabul not be the same price as they said :) We want to stay in limak hotel and we conveyed that we want to be cheaper than the Limak hotel Merit cove 400 TL price difference from the problem they wanted us. 400 TL difference and so they want to get a discount for 3 days instead of 1 night stay, as I think the discount is broken as an unethical price was brought into necessity.nWhen we explained the issue to the hotel management, we solved our distress by taking us to a better room. I would like to thank Merit cove authorities for this issue.nBut I will never have a shopping with the site again.And I do not recommend to anyone.nWhen selling different style after sales different style is not ethical
