Meat like a belt, served ice cold. And 35 TL for 1 portion of Büryan. Just like the Turkish delight I ate in Siirt a month ago, I paid 20 TL for a warm and wonderful finish. It is small as a place and occasionally but büryan was also excellent in avsor soup. We were filled with three servings for two.
