It's not in a center but I guess UPS is never in a center, mostly in industrial areas of towns. Very helpful guys, made me save 67$ by not sending my parcel. Hard times of corona. How many times I called, they did not even pick up the phone, they pick up the phone without giving it a chance to ring in other cargo, I wish I had given it even if it was negative points.

The cargo sent by other cargoes in one day has not reached me for 5 days, and they never look at the phones.

It does not deserve even a star, it would be a bit of customer satisfaction. They do not answer the phones. I called 50 times.

I gave this a mandatory score. I would give it (-) points. I've been searching for 4 days. However, they do not even bother to answer the phone. The fact that they have not found a solution while there are so many complaints on this issue is an indication of how irresponsible and insensitive they are. If you are not going to pick up that phone, why are we sharing your number. Close it. don't waste people's time in vain.
