My mother is a tourist (does not speak Turkish) and addressed to this hospital three weeks ago because of Covid-19. Initially my mother received some treatment and got better, but she stopped receiving any treatment a week ago. However, she is still testing positive. The hospital pretends that they cannot let her go because her test is still positive and charges her every day for keeping her in isolation. The hospital shall either treat a patient or let a patient go. Or is it a jail? They just pull out money. (and the question of isolation can be solved differently and less cheaper, Alanya is a touristic city full of hotels)

In a very stressful time, I found the staff at Anadolu very caring and helpful. There was always someone that could help with the language barrier. The lady who works for the foreigners service is excellent and supported me throughout the whole stressful time.

Very good service during surgery. Dr. Ozcan Kocanli - ortopedi was very accommodating as well as the nurses and the other staff. Very good communication and translation.
