I visited this hospital now 5th times. Nearly all doctors are cold and unfriendly. All other was fine.

Just visited 15.08.2020 my mother has problem with the ear, ( pain, noise) we came to emergency hall, Reception was rude and not friendly and not speaking ENGLISH, we were sent to the emergency room, wait 20 minutes, doctor checked the ear and said it is infection, when I asked to check the blood for infection to be sure, he said-No. We pay 100 lir. It was not easy to pay, because the accept only cash and traditional plastic cards.

Worst service ever. Doctors not caring at all. I came with pain in kidney because stones was going and doctor Ozcan Dogtas even didnt look at me and he said take randevu for ultrason later come. I needed urgently help and ultrason was free after 2 weeks only! So he sent me with pains away! Is it medcine? What about swear of Hippokrat?

Doctors are not smiling. Some of them are too lazy to even snub and send 1-2 standard medicines ... You don't have the right to snub people just because you have become a doctor. Doctors should not be lacking in our heads, but being rude is no use. etc. Unfortunately, it is a hospital that deserves -5 out of 5 in terms of hygiene and hygiene. Also, it is difficult to reach it. The parking lot is narrow compared to the huge area. There is a problem of parking space when we mostly go. Hospital facilities are very scarce and inadequate for alanya, which is bigger than a city. Small, undefined for a city the size of a province like Alanya ... Most of them send their patients to private hospitals for control. There is no gasterontology doctor.
