After self medicating for some time I decided to seek professional help at the Yasam life hospital. The staff at the foreigners department were very helpful and efficient and guided me though the check in procedure, thanks to Priscila,and made an appointment for me to see a doctor, he was courteous and made me feel at ease and also spoke English. He advised me to spend a couple of days as a patient to bring my problem under control. After two days of treatment I was discharged and felt much better. The Yasam hospital is now my hospital of choice, all the staff were very friendly and professional.

I visited the Yasam Hospital and went directly to the International Department, where Priscilla Canlas asisted and translated for me to Dr Ali. I required a surgical operation for Hernia.nDr.Ali and his staff performed this the next day and the care received was excellent.nMy wife was allowed to stay over night with me in our private room, my wife also receved food and drinks courtesy of the hospital.nThe follow up care from Dr Ali was excellent.nPriscilla makes you feel like you are part of her family.nSincere thanks to all.

My husband and I have been extremely pleased with the care we have received at the ALANYA Life Hospital. On our first visit we were directed to the International Department where we were pleasantly greeted and efficiently assisted by an amazing staff member, Priscilla Canlas. Priscilla has helped us navigate the system for lab tests and visits with medical staff. We have always received our test results in a timely fashion. We have never felt like “foreigners”, more like family.

This review comes a little late and I apologize for that. I was treated for COVID-19 in the first half of November 2020 at Yasam Life hospital in Alanya. I stayed at the hospital five days and I’m very thankful for the professional service I was given during my stay by doctor Bayram Altuntas and the nurses. Also my main contact Priscilla was excellent. She made me feel that the hospital really cared about how I was doing. She also spoke excellent English, which made the communication and the instructions easy. This was especially important since I was given a whole lot of medication and had to continue to administer the injections myself at home after the discharge from the hospital...So thankful for the Yasam Life hospital crew for helping me to get rid of the Covid-19 beast.
