All OK, and beach, and foods, and rooms, but WiFi so bad, I can't work here :( And you can't rent a car on reception.

Stayed here in September after originally booking Tenerife but that got cancelled due to covid19. Boy did we hit lucky! Stunning hotel, fabulous views, brilliant staff who can't do enough for you. This was our first time in Turkey, it won't be our last! And try the in house Turkish massage, superb. Would go back here in a heart beat.

Hotel is too big. Some of the staff stop one job do a different job. Then get back to you so long after. Waited 7-8 hours for them to sort a bed out.which it was a camp bed in the end. Dont get a full sized waffle for a snack they cut them into peices. Your limited on choices of what you can have on them. Some of the staff come across as rude and unhelpful. Some of the staff are brilliant and very helpful. Food is okay ish best through lunch times. As through breakfast would be nice for a bit of of erything in each area. Not going to one part getting food then getting more food from a different area. Limited on desert choices. Would be nice for a all day snack bar with some treats.

Tui told us that the kids club was open this was the only reason we booked this hotel and the food is disgusting and the staff aren't much better this is not a 5 star hotel it's more like a bad 3star not happy at all
