It is not possible to reach the Halkbank branch with a cover, it has not been possible for 3 weeks. I am not looking at the phones.

I am not happy with customer service due to internet banking. I can't connect to customer service for 3 days. Moreover, while it is able to close the loan closure process from the other banks from the internet and customer service, this bank calls to the branch. How correct it is to go to the branch during this period. Couldn't it be a convenience?
