Bad service!!!!

First of all, the takeaway services are terrible, the earliest in the orders I have given so far came 90 minutes, there were times when the products were cold, the beverage was cold, they were sending it hot, as if they were making fun of people. Coming to the store, I have never been able to find the product I ate, I expect them to cook for 20 minutes each time.
