I ordered Proplan cat food last month on behalf of your company from n11.com. Although 15 days have passed, I have not received it. I asked the store many times. They wrote that we will deliver the fastest way. Did not come. It appears in Esenyurt on 2 June in cargo. Today, June 14 and in the same city did not reach food in 16 days.
