I born and raised in Bolu, this place is by far my favorite for pide and muhallebi (Ottoman style desert). Bolas is very clean, stuff is very friendly.

Because of the pandemic, I ate pita with cheddar cheese, it was nice and delicious, it was a classic artisan restaurant, but we did not have the chance to eat it at the table.

I bought cubed pita, it was quite nice, the price was reasonable, it was empty because of the pandemic, unfortunately, I was sorry.
