As a hotel manager, I have never seen such a bad tourism agency. Despite the guest making a non-refundable reservation, he canceled the reservation of his own free will. When we want to contact this company about this reservation, either the phone is closed in our face or the mail is not answered. You regret that we partnered with such an amateur company. In addition, they do not even respond to e-mails necessary to terminate the existing partnership. Although I stated that I will not receive any reservations from this site, there is no answer.
