Rude and abusive staff, do NOT recommend. Worker wrote on our bag with permanent marker instead of using a ticket like everyone else's bag. He literally pushed my partner off the bus when he wanted to clean the bus at a stop. He prodded us in the shoulder, shouted at us, clicked his fingers at us and constantly leaned on my chair with his elbow in my head. He obviously did not like us and took out his own personal anger at us because we did not speak much Turkish, such a weird thing. 2 hours into the bus we got throw off along with a couple of others and put into a minibus. No idea why, but we were glad to be away from that horrible man.

On 24.09.2020 at 03.30, I bought tickets online at the green Ercis travel judicial firm. Even though I was there, he moved without entering the perone, I shouted behind him, we whistled, we ran after him, but he did not stop, then I called the company and reported the situation, he asked the driver where he was moving, he said he was waiting there, he was at the exit of Gaziantep and he took a commercial taxi and reached the bus for about 45 TL. He touched my honor in the presence of other passengers, I am complaining about the driver and assistant of this company. They do not wear masks either. As a citizen, I request that the camera records of the bus station can be checked and the necessary criminal action be taken and the fee I paid to the commercial taxi be refunded to me.
