Great museum with wonderful exhibitions. If you heading to van castle make sure to stop by the museum. It explains a lot about the local and the castle history . Only 10 TL and everything translated to english

Terrible museum that doesn't present history. They even lie and gloss over the Armenian Genocide, instead claiming Turks were victims. This isn't the purpose of a museum. Museums should not be forums to spread ill-informed propaganda.

It's building very huge, information very clear, you can got little bit information before visit Van Fortress, but should inside museum very cold?
