It is a big and impressive museum that will be informed about every period of local history. It is kind of rare in the east.

2018 updated information !!! Elazığ Archeology and Ethnography Museum is currently under renovation for a year, maybe longer. Information to visitors. 02/15/2018nn2018 update !!! The Elazig museum of archeology and ethnography is closed. It's under construction and will be for 1 year or more.

Good that you didn't pay the student. Only none of event in the museum, simulation and no damage due to the explosion in Elazig Incidental unfortunately not open to visitors
