~~ Nice spot nearby the stream running through the valley. Fresh air from the forest in Topuk Plateau makes everything more enjoyable. Don’t forget that the restaurant is around 1400 meters above sea level.nnThere are seating area outside as divan couches. It’s very pleasant and traditional country style seating. Better cleaning is required for these areas though.nnWe ordered breakfast for 4 people, one portion of baked beans in casserole, and morsel sized beef in Turkish sac tava. I can definitely say the products they use for breakfast are definitely organic and delicious. Melted cheese dish Kuymak, their creamy dairy product Kaymak and their butter were particularly great with their hand made delicious village bread. I recommend the restaurant to use a better quality sujuk (dry spicy sausage a must try dish for breakfast in Turkey) though.nnThe restaurant definitely needs to employ qualified servers that are fully trained. All the staff that are working there are underaged children and they don’t have proper communication skills with customers.nnAt last restaurant must fix the issue of flies. They are quite the problem during these summer months. And PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STAFF USES THE MASKS for protection against COVID-19 outbreak.nn~~ Restoran Domaniç ve İnegöl arasında 1400 metre rakımda Topuk Yaylasının yakınında. Bölgede ormandan gelen temiz hava her şeyi daha güzel kılıyor bu lokasyon için.nnDışarıda küçük bir derenin yatağına kurulmuş kamelyalar sizi karşılıyor. Restoran çok büyük değil. Haftasonu oldukça kalabalık olabiliyor. Dolayısıyla şark köşesi olan bu kamelyalar daha iyi temizlenmeli.nn4 kişi için serpme kahvaltı, ve diğer iki kişi için et saç tava, ve güveçte kuru fasulye söyledik. Özellikle süt ürünlerinden kaymak, tereyağ, kuymak ve yaptıkları tandır ekmekleri harikaydı ve tam köy kahvaltısına uygundu. Fakat sucuğun tadı güzel değildi, daha lezzetli bir sucuk kullanmalılar.nnServis konusunda çok tecrübesizler zira sadece çocuk yaşta satılabilecek gençler servisi yapanlar. Daha iyi bir servis eğitimi verilmeli.nnSon olarak restoran acil olarak sinek sorununa çözüm bulmalı. İnanılmaz rahatsız ediyorlar, ve gerçekten çok fazlalar. Umumi tuvaletler de temiz değil. Ayrıca takılan maskeler her yerde olduğu gibi servis elemanları tarafından boğaza takılan süs gibi kullanılıyor. COVID-19dan ötürü temizliğe çok daha fazla dikkat edilmeli.

With one word, perfect. Friendly staff and delicious food in the sound of the water by the stream, away from the chaos of the city. I especially recommend the stew fish to everyone.
