When my late father's need for continuous dialysis emerged, we went to Urla Holiday Dialysis Center in February 2015. We met with the director of the institution, Dr. Müjgan SİFİL. He is a smiling and experienced physician who does his job lovingly and empathizes with his patients and patient relatives, and is experienced in his field. By taking my father into dialysis treatment, he solved our problem by correspondence with the Social Security Directorate due to a problem arising from the legislation. Dialysis patients and their relatives know how hard and difficult the dialysis treatment is. The process really wears out both the patient and his family. Here, the biggest supporters and morale of the patients and their relatives are dialysis center physicians, nurses and assistant personnel. During this period, Dr. Müjgan Hanım has always given morale and support to both our father and our relatives. According to the current health status of our father, he directed us to the required physicians (Cardiology, General Surgery, ENT, Internal Medicine, etc.), and provided the treatment of increasing patient comfort such as angiography, pacemaker insertion. Thanks to our father and our children, Dr. Müjgan SİFİL and other physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals, we had a 5-year challenging period in which our father received dialysis treatment.
