Gaziantep Millet Han Baklava Muzesi

Went there but there was no demonstration as no group was found . Nice place and the person in charge there is very polite. Shortly he explained about the process of baklava and a piece of baklava (Turkish sweets) served us. In the entrance there is a cafe with small shops for souviners and musicians playing old Turkish music. Nice place

A cooking demonstration of Baklava, every week day at 2 PM. A rather wonderful introduction into the making of Baklava, see the rolling of Ultra thin pastry and the preparation of the pistachios and syrup. Even better you get to taste it.nnNot sure I would make Baklava at home, but to see and taste it here is highly recommended as one of the top things to do in Gaziantep.

Make sure you go there early to watch Baklava being made in the Baklava museum. Moreover, after it is baked, one can have a sweet break; baklava and tea
