On 12.02.2019, I broke my right foot achilles tendon during the field match. Since I had broken my left foot Achilles tendon, I had some knowledge about it. In my first Achilles tendon surgery, I had a problem due to subcutaneous sutures and there was a 15 cm incision in the part from the heel to the thigh. Internal stitches were sinking while walking. This caused me to walk for a while. Until the inner seams are removed from the skin. That's why I wanted a doctor who specializes in this subject to perform my surgery. While we were going to the emergency room, we started to search for a doctor online. Due to the problems I experienced above, I was undecided about where I would be operated (Ankara-Eskişehir). In Acıbadem Emergency Department, my foot was fixed with a splint. They told me that if I want in Acıbadem, they could have me meet with a doctor who is an expert on this subject. My operation took place 1 day after the rupture event. The operation took about 2 hours. I had a 3 cm incision on my foot. The dressing was removed in the first week after the operation, and my stitches were removed at the end of the second week, since the stitch was aesthetic suture, there was almost no scar. I had a cast for the third week. Then we went to the Achilles tendon boat (ROM walker). I started the exercises recommended by my doctor, at first he told me to move forward as I pressed my foot on the gas pedal. In about 3 weeks this way, the Achilles tendon boat (we started with 30 degrees, we dropped the angle by 10 degrees every week) and passed by doing this exercise. On the 45th day, I could now walk without a boat. I started to move my foot in the opposite direction of my movement with my foot outwards. With the tens device, we started to strengthen the calf muscles that remained immobile.
