This is the first olive oil museum I've seen in Turkey. It's been here for 19 years, sharing the history of this regions usage of olives not only for its fruit and oil but also it's medicinal usage over centuries. This is a pivotal museum that transitions into a reliable outlet to also purchase regional products as well.

Küçükkuyu, Adatepe olive oil museum is on the main road.It can be reached easily.All the tools previously extracted from olive oil are on display in the museum. 2 floors. There is a sales stand on the side. Prices have increased a lot since last year. I can't say buy, so I can only say you should definitely visit, I give CHECK.

I have loved the museum from time immemorial. All of the products in the sales section are carefully prepared and quality products specific to that region.

It is a great place for those who are curious about the history and development of olives and olive oil. The explanation of very old techniques is reinforced by the instruments themselves and their models. The two-floor museum can be easily visited, but it is not particularly suitable for friends with disabilities to the second floor. There is a museum shop where you can shop, and besides olive oil products, you can buy wonderful souvenirs made with olive tree. For example, I bought salt and pepper. A nice day can be spent by visiting the museum, buying souvenirs and drinking something in the cafe.

A must see place. It was nice to get information about the history of the olive. You can also shop in the store and have a drink and eat in the cafe.
