We made a reservation for an 11-person Kazdagi tour 4 days ago at 12.00 on Saturday. One hour before the tour, they said that their cars broke down and that they could only take it with another smaller and uncomfortable vehicle that could be rented for 400 TL cheaper in the market, unfortunately without feeling any embarrassment. When we told about this situation, they made very little discount. Unfortunately, we were victimized 1 hour before the tour, we had to cancel the tour. I definitely do not recommend a company that does not feel responsible for its customers.
