45 minutes before the Kazdağları tour we planned, they informed that the vehicle we had contracted for 11 people was broken and they could give a smaller vehicle that we did not want, they did not help in any way. They had to check a vehicle they were going to release beforehand. People come for this trip from out of town. We would return if we couldn't find a place anywhere else. Never choose.

It has nothing to do with professionalism like a grocery store. It has nothing to do with what is spoken to the agency. While speaking, I get 750 TL for two people. When they want to get paid on the day of the tour, they say 780. I say that I will pay by credit card, the person selling the tour, I do not know that I did not forward it to the driver anymore. The driver forces me to pay cash. I later learned that he is the owner of the tour, he puts pressure on me, pay cash, pay cash, pay 750 TL, pay 780 TL and struggle among the people who come to the tour for 30 TL.
