At the end of our super great vacation we unfortunately lost my girlfriend's beloved sunglasses when we were transferred to the airport.nnThe next day I called the transfer operator Novanta Touristic with little hope, maybe by a miracle she turned up somewhere.nMr. Turgut from Novanta assured me in perfect German that he would take care of it. A little later he called me back at home and told me that the bus driver found the glasses, secured them and brought them to the Novant office.nNow we can simply have our compatriots bring the glasses home with us.nnWow ... I have seldom experienced such great service and so much friendliness in Germany.nnIn retrospect, I'm also very happy to have given the bus driver a small but well-deserved tip for his very good job at the end of the journey.nnThank you Mr. Turgut and the Novanta team ... we are over the moon.
