Radisson Blu Hotel, Sakarya

A horrible hotel, that shamelessly serves food that has gone bad days ago. The staff is rude with the cleaning lady just barging in without even knocking on the door and the front office manager acts like she just works there and isn’t a manager who also told the security to not let my girlfriend in if she comes back and told us that we don’t have a reservation number.

Not even deserve 1 starnI went one of Radisson Blu hotel in Sakarya, Turkey. I am a US citizen and I’ve never have a terrible Hotel experience In my life. My wife and 4 year old son checked out same night at 12.15am because of the mosquitos. Omg they were all over and I took pictures of the bloods over the wall from previous customers. We called the front desk to change our room he said our room is the one of the less mosquitoes. He said they’ve been having problem with that for awhile but they don’t have any medicine or any spray. Our 4 year old got bitten a lot and he got rashes all over him and we had to left and buy medicine middle of the night and he was crying not to go back to hotel. Therefore we requested our money back from hotel supervisor and she was very rude and unprofessional her name was Fatma Y***kaya rejected us not offering any solutions. We’ve never expected from name chain hotel like Radisson Blu. Very disappointed. We are planning to take this case over local agency authorities to take care of this problem.nnP.s. I mention being a US citizen because Radisson isn’t main office is in USA. Clean rooms but the only problems the language The staff need to speak English in Radisson Blu hotels but the staff are friendly and try to help guests

I stayed at this hotel February 15-16th. I stayed at the Presidential Suite and there was nothing presidential about it. Soon as I walked in, no one offered to carry my bags up to my suite (and I had a child). When I walked in, there were rose pedals and heart candles everywhere (I booked a reservation for one adult and one child-so inappropriate). There was no offering of room service which I would be more than happy to pay for. Additionally, the details of the room was misleading it stated a forest view and I had a view of the highway. Lastly, I traveled all the way from the US, I expected them to live up to their expectations especially being in a presidential suite. I was treated like any other guest. Overall, I was not happy with the room in its inappropriate arrangement to this service. No one even helped to carry my bags to the taxi! Horrible, stay away! I heard Hilton is coming to the area, hopefully they deliver better service!

It's Good But we faced Two Problems, First we booked a Smoking Room and we asked to take the mountain veiw room, they gave us NONsmoking room and Highway ViewnI would Recommend All the Visitors Never to stay in the rooms facing the Highway it was very noisy nightnThe room was cleannThe Staff are very helpfulnThe breakfast was excellent
