Nice place to stay. Very friendly staff who gave all the information and support we needed during our stay.nComfortable beds, very good location and silent spot in the city.nNice breakfast and good food in the restaurant.nWill come back again!

My 3 days long stay in Novotel was amazing. The staff was quite helpful, especially bellboy Mr. Ugur helped me a lot both during check-in and check-out.nThe location of hotel is excellent, it gives you chance to go to Taksim, Besiktas and districts of Historic Peninsula by walking. In addition to its awesome location, the restaurant and bar at rooftop has great view and atmosphere.

Hello,nI have peut 3 stars on 5 because :nn1. The receptionnists are not very warm - actually they are very coldnn2. Bottle of water has been not refilled everyday.nn3. Some noise in the room due to the bar outside.nnBut the hotel is very chic beautiful and clean. The breakfast is very nice.

Near to metro train and taxi stand. Easy to move around the city. Unfortunately I didnt get the room with a see view

I’ve come to turkey for the first time and it’s lovely I decided to stay at the Novotel Bosphorus hotel as it stated it was a 5star. I had an operation here in turkey and I have experienced the worst customer service In the hotel . Majority of the time when I asked for help I had been ignored. I ordered room service because I was in so much pain and couldn’t go out to eat and the staff members tried to make me carry all the stuff into my room when I kindly asked his they can help me because I am unfit. The staff member started shaking her head like I was asking for too much and rolled her eyes at me. I was I’m so much shock all I wanted was a little bit of help. I went to the roof top restaurant with my mum and everytime I wanted to order they said yes but kept taking other people’s orders. The staff couldn’t advise me on places to go I was so clueless but luckily I had google. To anyone looking to stay in Istanbul definitely do not stay at this hotel. It’s not a 5 star. The food is all super salty and the staff are just rude. I hope no one every experiences this as it really upset especially as I had an operation and was unable to do a lot of stuff myself.
