Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas

What a fantastic place to stay! The staff here a absolutely fantastic and tend to your every needs. They decorated the room for my partners bday, delivered flowers and a birthday cake. Always checked in to see if we needed anything. The sauna and wet room that were in our room were fantastic as well. Massage day for us was brilliant as well as both masseuses were very professional.nCouldn't recommend this place enough. Once again all the staff were fantastic!!

This location is perfect, with wonderful people. I stayed in a junior suite with a hamam, that has a steam room. The hotel is very well maintained, and seems it just got a new owner 8 months ago but still operated by Hyatt's, they are planning to open a new Nusr-Et Steakhouse.nThe breakfast had a cold bar, with good options better than most other hotels during the COVID19 madness. The gym though was not up to expecting it had good equipment but not organized and missing so many important things like weightlifting dimples.

Beautiful hotel, room is beautiful, very comfortable, and spacious . Excellent service and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast served in a gorgeous courtyard area and great selection of all food. Woulkd love to have stayed longer. Great shopping around the area and bars and cafes

Fantastic, from the service to the room. The spa-style rooms with built-in hammams are an absolute must, especially for couples. Other details...n- During our say, there was a 50% discount on massage treatments; probably one of the best deals I've seen in a hoteln- The spa / gym facility itself is very small, but our spa-style room more than compensatedn- Food was unexpectedly good, albeit service got a bit slow at timesn- The hotel staff went out of the way to make our trip special (e.g., organizing a cake delivery)

I love this hotel so much. GOOD FOOD!!! Very clean, comfy and the room so beautiful. Their staff also very friendly and helpful. ud83dudc9c can't wait to be back. And i miss dinner at nusr-et restaurant
