Kadın Doğum Uzmanı Pınar ÇakmaknKendisiyle ilk check-up muayenemde tesadüfü karsılastım,iletişiminden özellikle çok memnun kaldıgımdan diğer Check-up muayenemde de yine dusunmeden Pınar hanıma randevu olusturdum.14 haftalık bebeğime Trisomy 21 teşhisi konması nedeniyle zor da olsa tahliye kararı almıstık ;tabi bu kararı cok medyatik ,youtubeda tv kanallarında ızledıgımız populer bırkac perinatolji hekımıne de hatrı sayılı odemeler yaparak ,danısarak aldık .Gebeliğim boyunca hem Acıbadem hastanesine hem de Pınar hanıma gıdıyordum . Sonlandırma kısmına gelınce ise kafam cok karısıktı: İmkanımız vardı, daha buyük bir özel hastane mi yoksa sırf Pınar hanım var diye Bölge Hastanesi mi ? Sonuc olarak ongorusme yaparak Pınar hanımla sonlandırmaya karar verdım,beni yalnız bırakmayacagının sözünü almıstım .Bebegım buyuktu cok kolay olmayacaktı ve ben zaten panik atak gecıren bırıydım. Pınar hanımın nobetcı oldugunu gun hemen yatısımı yaptık .Zor bir gece gecırdım sabaha kadar bebegım benı bırakmadı;yasadıgım psıkolıjının yanında fiziksel acı hıc kalırdı.Sabah olmustu ıyıce strese gırmıstım cunku doktorumun nobeti bitmek uzere idi ve kadın dogum unıtesi müthiş yogundu, doktorum yorgundu evıne gıdıp dınlenebılırdı;korkum ıkıye katlandı.Tüm gece defalarca benı kontrole gelıp halımı hatrımı sordu ve sabah baska bı yol kalmadıgından genel anestezıyle bebegımı aldı.Saglıklı bir bebekle ameliyathaneden cıkmak her hamıle kadının en buyuk hayalidir ve tesekkur yazmak cok sıradandır.Ama gozyasıyla ,huckıra hıckıra kucagınız bos ,umutlarınızıı bırakarak ,aglayarak cıktıgınız o soguk dogumhane odasından o anına tanıklık etmıs,anne bir hekımın sana dokunması, el teması her seydir. Dokunmak önemlidir ve bence her işin özünde de vardır bir miktar.Ben de öğretmenım cocuklara dokundugumda ne hıssettıklerını Pınar hanım elime ,sırtıma tesellı vermek ıcın dokundugunda hem bedenımde hem ruhumda hissettim.İşini severek yapan insanlara hayranım. Kendisine hayranlıgım o gün bir kat daha arttı, beni anlayan ,yanımda olan doktoruma sonsuz tesekkur edıyorum.Bu bölgede kamu personeliyim ben de .bizi Pınar Hanım gibi kıymetli bir hekımle bulusturdugu ıçin Sancaktepe Bölge Hastanesine de ayrıca sonsuz tesekkur ederim.

The nurse said that we will check it without asking and gave the child 3 hours not to breastfeed (he does his own test, all values ​​are normal, blood sugar is normal) It cannot be irresponsible, the child's diapers are full of sucking very well, there is no onset of jaundice, blood sugar is normal, but they come to the baby as they are big They say INSUFFICIENT, but we see milk flowing from his breast. Unfortunately, there can be no such thoughtlessness, while everybody is encouraging to breastfeed, the newborn nurse constantly says that the milk is insufficient, and then comes with a large syringe in his hand and says to give this yeast to the baby, and what we refuse makes us attitude. If he is an inexperienced person, he will not breastfeed there because of his behavior and words and his psychology will deteriorate. PLEASE SUPPORT BREASTFEEDING, NOT FOOD.
