In this museum located on the right corner of the Selimiye Mosque, works belonging to the Ottoman and Seljuk periods are exhibited. It is worth mentioning that it is a little dull next to the Museum of Turkish and Islamic Art in Istanbul Sultanahmet Square, I liked very much that a separate room was created for Mimar Sinan.nThe door and window panes are worth seeing, the daggers are worth seeing, in a few examples the detars and the enormous bimukabale rifles are magnificent.nIt is an interesting example of displaying a banner belonging to the Unionists. Another interesting example is the destruction of the Ottoman Tugra engraved on the stone and carved a cross on it. I believe this more destruction should be displayed more appropriately. It can be a good visual to tell future generations how many hundred years the crusader mentality has lasted.

It's a nice little museum. Entrance is 10 liras. Museum card is valid.

The Selimiye Mosque hi not a museum located on the side. Museumcard with free admission. Worth the ride. Particularly charming statue of Mimar Sinan.
