Building with very beautiful architecture. It is the top 5 building in Bolu as a design. The municipality offers many courses here. Art enthusiasts can apply for summer courses now.

Historic nostalgic building. Vilayet Printing House, which was formerly used as the Governor's Office, can be seen from the Vilayet Matbaasi article. The art exhibitions meet the people here. The art of carving the art of calligraphy, the art of carving, can be visited nowadays.
