A clean hospital full of experts. The fact that everyone working in it is smiling and helpful or striving to be makes a big difference in customer satisfaction. I missed such a lean and focused service in the health sector.

We went to Dr. Mithat Altuğ, a very concerned doctor, but his assistant at the door is very shy, he constantly gives the opposite answers and hurt people, we went twice, we went through the same situation. They respond as if we are working here, we do not know where we will go.

My father had a chorea ulcer in his eye, and they could not cure it with some kind of medication, and they constantly gave us medication and distracted us when they should have referred us to the University hospital. They just stalled now, if your eyes are waiting for organ transplantation, if you can't cure it, why did you keep us busy with medications why they brought us to such an extent with the mind of the organ, we did not like this hospital at all Go to go, just have your eye check-ups in university hospitals.
