Nice people but always long waiting time to pay a simple bill

It feels like there is a lack of performance. I just ignore them if they don’t choose their activity plan, and the instructions to customers are not detailed enough. The speed of handling business needs to be strengthened. The overall need to work hard. The attitude of going to other branches is obviously very good.
