Worst service ever. I had to go to a different branch because they wouldn’t let me open an accounting unless I had an appointment. That was after telling me that I needed an ARC, followed by some BS about how I needed to deposit 10,000 NTD and keep them there. Basically, discrimination.

Suck banking experience ever. I went here for opening account. All staffs were idle and they asked me what the purpose of opening account. I felt they dont want to support customer who has fewer money. After telling them what was my purpose, they said we were full of schedule and you should go others branch, which is suck because they didn't care customers.

Inconvenient opening hours and service is based on how much you have in your account. Kinda strange i find. I wanted to open an account but the first thing they ask was how much I have to open account to decide whether they have time for me on the day or schedule an appointment for me.
