Most of what you need to do is on the second floor up the the stairs. No elevator seemed to be available. The motorcycle parking in front is always full. Simply to make a deposit has taken between 45 to 90 minutes. I have found the branch in JingMei to be much easier to do my banking.

I'm just so impressed by how consistently awful this bank is. All banks have some problems, but every bank of Taiwan branch that I have visited was marred by incompetence and rudeness ~ amazing! Slow to understand, inconvenient, and generally unpleasant. I've worked with many, many banks in Taiwan. This one wins the prize!
