This place used to be much better. It has been degrading in service and food quality. One of our pizza was not cooked thoroughly and toppings were dripping out of the breading.

First of all they wouldn't deliver to my office which is less than 900m away. Then they told me it would be ready at 11:30. It was gone 12 before the pizza was ready and I was late getting back to work. They knew I was annoyed and rushed the pizzas. They tasted horrible

我的外送地址是民X路37巷後面還是市場這邊樓下摩托車早就停得滿滿是, 一下子打電話來說因為疫情不能送上樓, 一下子被質疑後又改說因為這邊不能違停. 訂餐的是我懷孕的老婆, 如果我本人不在家是不是要一個孕婦下去拿東西?!?! 餐點多懶的的送上樓可以打電話直接說!! 我們都可以體諒畢竟我們住四樓, 但瞎扯淡真的不可取. 之後東西拿上來後才又發現餐點有少. 要當外送員就請把該有的態度拿出來!!!!!!

It is understandable that there are many orders for the New Year’s Eve, so the meal time is delayed, but it is a bad business attitude to lie openly in front of customers. In addition, the store staff called to tell them whether to change the taste, but obviously many people waited at the scene for an hour and never received a call. However, the staff at the counter skipped the needle and said that they had called to inform them. Delays are not my problem... In short, delays are understandable, and lying to the customer is not advisable.
