Inefficient, poor servicenWe're there to open a foreign currency account. We knew the Taiwan government has some strict regulation on money transfers. When arrived we clearly mentioned that we're going to open the foreign currency account and the clark said sure... Then had to wait 40 mins just been one customer ahead of me, they take so long to serve one customer. After all this the lady just informed me that they are not sure if I can open the account and I need to wait 1 week for them to check upon me (even after having a regular account with them for 6 years!). Wasted 45 mins. Please go to the China Trust across the street they were supper firendly and accommodating spend about 20 mins and here we're with the foreign currency account... I'll consider shifting my regular account there.

It was outrageous. I opened an account for nearly two hours. I saw the number when I entered the door. After waiting for more than an hour, I still didn’t skip the number. I didn’t see any new people coming in from the beginning to the end, but I saw my employees come in and out. Out, chatting on the east and west, there are no two people who draw in the account opening area. Even if they enter, the number still does not skip. I waited until I started to ask the door service staff and said that because someone left the phone, but they hadn’t come yet. , And everyone has been waiting madly. What is the reason? ? Do other people take fakes when they draw number plates? Why are you still drawing the number plate? Just leave an appointment by phone! This kind of management is very outrageous, the bad reviews are just right, but there are no 0 stars to click, bad~

It only took about 15 minutes to wait for one person. It was my turn to apply for unlocking the financial card. It took nearly half an hour. I don’t know how many levels the bank staff had to break through during the operation. I waited until the end of the process. Hours, the card solution fee plus processing time spent more than 50 yuan.
