Weight training on 1st floor at 9am, AC was completely off in this section, it's 34C outside by the way, imagine the temp inside without air flowing. Asked staff to turn on, she said it's always on. Clearly it was off, otherwise would I be wasting my time writing this? For all you newcomers to the club, would you be willing to workout in a closed environment without the vent or AC flowing? You would be inhaling carbon dioxide throughout your session. Word of advice for management, cut cost somewhere else, if you cut the airflow, people will cut their memberships. Present company included.

It was great until they became greedy and closed half the basketball court to add a kids basketball lesson. Not too mention putting the kids at risk of getting injured. For 3-4 kids, the regulars members can not use the court. Bad management, they should be ashamed!

Clean, lots of equipment, variety of classes, and I even managed to loose a couple of pounds.

It's one of the only Fitness factories in Kaohsiung that actually has a pool. It was recently renovated and the upgrades are really great! While I wish they would have gave us a discount on her membership for the months that we couldn't use the change room, showers, or lockers, it's a palace of a gym. they have a lot of staff on hand usually at all times. If you the trainers can speak English do a pretty good job of communicating if you need any help. One of the trainers that speaks pretty good English is Ryan. Ask for him if you have any questions.
