The staff is friendly and a couple of them speak enough English to help me send money back to the US regularly. It is small, but clean.

It was my first time to open my eyes, and I finally realized that the attitude is really bad enough, and the efficiency is slow to the extreme. I have never encountered such a bad bank, super landmine, such a terrible place.

The service desk is really inefficient. There are obviously no customers in front of the counter. The clerks are all doing their own things. They draw the number plates and get sad. After waiting for a few hours, don't you have a good SOP process? Then the lady didn't know what to do, she kept asking, and then disappeared in the middle. You have to ask a few people before you really know how the process goes!

The clerk does not speak, keeps his eyesight, and has a very poor attitude towards the first time
