Staff speed and efficiency are extremely poor. I don’t know how to allocate manpower in a timely manner. The number of account openings is 16 and I don’t understand the support allocation. It takes at least 30-40 minutes to open an account. I know it will take a long time, but only one person is lined up to open an account. ? ? ? I have to wait for more than three hours to open an account. Other banks will not be like this one.
