The person who opened the account with glasses next to her was extremely unprofessional. The answer to her question was very vague, and she felt that she was not sure. Later, she had to call Shinkong customer service to confirm. The result proved that the answer given to me by the account opening person was not correct. I have already come to the counter, and I have encountered this kind of humbling clerks, and I have to go one more time to change things. I am really angry! Please, can employees not come out and sit at the counter if they are not well trained, to waste other people's time.
