I don’t even want to give it a star. It takes as fast as six hours to open an account. The speed is really slow. The attitude of the undertakers is also very poor.

It’s very bad. Yuanta in Taichung hasn’t waited so long. There are a lot of counters as if no one is there. After waiting for the appointment for more than an hour, the staff are just chatting with the guests and not handling the business. Both the processing speed and the professionalism feel very bad. The upper management of Yuanta Bank should make sure that the employees of each branch are really capable and the processing speed is ok!
