I first called to ask about the mortgage interest rate, and told it was 1.5%. After a few days, I went to the branch to argue. The result was 1.8%. The manager said that it could not be 1.5%, and he said that I don’t want to borrow much. Only about 1,500 more in a year. I was really dumbfounded, with a very bad impression and no service quality.
