ㄧ Go in and say that you want to open an account, I feel that the staff are afraid to die, ㄧ just say that you open an account, you are sure to open an account, you have to wait more than an hour, then you have to wait, obviously it is not welcome to drive away people When I encountered this kind of situation, the bank was very afraid of people opening an account.

If you go to the branch to apply for a fixed deposit of more than six months of Taiwan dollars and are refused, please remember to call the complaint hotline of the Banking Bureau of the FSC. Because the FSC has repeatedly asked banks not to refuse people to handle long-term fixed deposits, and not to be bluffed by bankers.

The uncle who came to open a bank account and came in was kind to ask what I needed to help, and it was great. Then came to the help desk, because it was the first time to set up an account, the service staff reminded and taught many who did not understand.
