ATM fault bite card, one hour after notification of customer service, the bank is still in situation, the system may need to be strengthened.

I recently made a credit card and sent a new card with my English name wrongly printed. It seemed that no one was at work and no one answered the phone when I called the Taipei head office. Finally, someone listened to it. Then I decided not to open the card or change the card. Disabling the card cut, it feels much worse than other private banks.

2nd floor lending business, clerks in on their own banking business very familiar with, ask the pilot how to handle the relevant business, the pilot looked at each other also moves behind whispering to each other a long time before they come to provide services, and providing false information, and finally the change to the mountain the branch was completed successfully handled. The Bank staff education and training should be subject to strengthened.
