The staff is friendly and helpful.nnIn terms of that post office section, you will need to 掛號 due to the fact that this is a major postal outlet. The service from there post office personnel has been outstanding. They go beyond what is required to help out customers. In fact, I had a parcel that I picked up more than a week past the date that I was supposed to pick it up (before it would be returned). They kept it for me, even though it was a very large parcel and took up a lot of space in their office. I'm very grateful!
