Of all the banking that I have gone to, the longest waiting time is at Wanhua District for most banks!!! Definitely lack of efficiency with Chinatrust Bank & the only time one could see the normal speed is when the clock is almost 15:30!!! I always try to take a Uber to other districts for dealing with my banking with Chinatrust Bank as a result!!!

Branches with extremely poor efficiency are always in line even during cold hours. One row is longer than one hour. You know that the business volume is large and you are reluctant to open more counters, and you can’t see the current number progress. You are advised to think twice in a hurry

The efficiency is terrible, I don’t know what they’re doing all the time...I can’t stand it for 50 minutes.
