If I had started writing a book when I arrived, I would have already completed the trilogy by the time I finally finished. The slowest bank I've ever experienced, sprinkled with a lot of incompetence.

BAD SERVICE! SLOW!! RUDE!!! I heard they treat non Taiwanese without respect and slow and ungracious service. Strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your banking if you are not Taiwanese. Teller was rude and manager was also rude and useless. Took far to long to get simple transactions done. STAY AWAY!!!

This is by far the worse branch I've been to of my 10 years of living here in Taiwan. Racist , very rude a d disrespectful. The tellers do not know that foreigners have variations of VISAs other then an ARC. I alMost got refused service because the teller was not kNowledgeable about transaction. When I asked for a manager, the teller argued with his manager. It was a horrible experience. I suggest make a complaint and see if a difference will be made
