Ximen Station

Ximen station is a great station that is in walking distance to department store, peace park, Red house, brand name stores, street food and so many more.

The station was somewhat well maintained. Ticket booths were available, and information booths were everywhere. Staff were polite. Only thing to comment on are the bathrooms. It was at least 100 metres between each, with none close to the entrance. The bathroom was filthy.

Bus 1961 takes you from Ximen to Taoyuan International Airport. Bus stop is in front of Armed Forces Cultural Center along Section 1 Zhonghua Road. Charges NT$100 per person. When board the bus just pay the driver in cash.nnWhen aboard the bus, the bus smelt like cigarette, seems like the bus driver had just smoked in the bus. If you are going to be late for your flight, don’t take the bus. It will stop at various hotels to pick up customers.

If you want to go to Jiufe Old Street then take the exit 2 of Ximen MRT and go straight about 200m. You will cross an unnamed street and the Chang Sha Street.nIn front ot the „Armed Force Culture House“.
