This U.S. pizza chain is probably popular with for those new arrival to Taipei, and not able to read the local Chinese manu. While I was in the States, its consider as fast food chain, is great they offer delivery for those who need it. The quality of the pizza is as expected.

Some small mistakes occurred during the take-out and self-pickup, which was only discovered after returning home. The store immediately redo it and delivered it to our dining place. The whole process is very attentive and the service is super good. I highly recommend this store.

After 1/23 at 6pm, the service staff did not answer the call for half an hour, and finally the other branch rang 2 and the call was made. No one was answering the call at the counter! Super not oknIn addition, earlier in the day, I asked about the discount plan for the event. The service staff was not sure about the content of my project, and said that I should go back to the Internet or app to enter the discount code to order. If I can’t find the option, I need to call the customer service. The result is finished. The customer service said that this plan can only be ordered by calling the branch phone directly. After a big circle, the professionalism of the service staff needs to be improved, thank you!
