For foreign transaction sucked. So slow and the stuff is so incompetent. There's only 4 ppls infront of me but I'm been waiting for 1 hour but the first customer havn't finished her transaction yet. There is no number so you have to aware the sequence by yourself. This is my first and definitely my last time here.

A lady who wears glasses to apply for a school loan has a bad attitude. When I went to apply for a school loan before, she made it very slowly. When she was urged by other service staff, it was because we filled in too slowly and filled in wrong. Hey please! If we can do it all, why do we need you? Banks can fire people like that, really! I was so upset that I was very slow and poked, but I dodge other people's pots, so I just replaced them.nnI went to apply for a student loan again at the end of January 2021. The lady I met was completely different from the person I met last time. She spoke very polite and polite, and she worked very quickly. There will be no more one-star reviews!
